After completing studies focused on human resources and organization development, Ms. Parson pursued a career in human resources focused on employee relations, compensation and benefits plan development, and recruitment.
With an increased interest in the legal framework of employment issues, Ms. Parson attained her law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Adding to her interest in employment law, Ms. Parson interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and private firms where she gained valuable experience in administrative proceedings, negotiations, and litigation.
As an employment attorney, Ms. Parson provides clients an understanding of their employment rights, empowers them to protect their interests, and advocates on their behalf.
